Director and Head
Dr. Hlaing MinOo currently serves as Director and Head of the Department of International Relation and Information Technology, and the Department of Wildlife and Aquatic Diseases. He holds a B.V.Sc, DipLIS and M.V.Sc from the University of Veterinary Science, Myanmar, and a PhD from Maejo University, Thailand. His academic career includes Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Director since 2022. A life member of Myanmar Veterinary Association, he joined the species-specific working groups for the World Veterinary Association essential medicines list project and served on the MVA CEC from 2019 to 2021, focusing on wildlife and aquatic animal diseases.
