Personal Profile

He conducted research on apicultural products, cereal food development and food risk management at Harbin Grain Research Institute, Beijing Customs and the Institute of Apicultural Research, CAAS successively. His current research focuses on the R&D of bee products and functional foods, covering quality control during the storage and processing of bee products, as well as identification and functional evaluation of bioactive ingredients in honey, propolis, royal jelly and bee pollen. In recent years, he has published more than 30 SCI papers as corresponding author.
