Henri Clément, professional French apiculturist, former President & Spokesperson of UNAF (Union Nationale de l’Apiculture Française), editor‑in‑chief of journal Abeilles et fleurs. With over 30 years of beekeeping practice managing 350 hives, he chaired the organizing committee of Apimondia 2009. Author of the landmark reference book Le Traité Rustica de l’apiculture, he actively promotes bee conservation and pollinator biodiversity across Europe.
