Dear Bee Industry Colleagues,
On
behalf of Asian Apicultural Association (AAA), it is our honor to invite you to
attend the 18th AAA Conference, to be held in October15-18th 2026 in Fuzhou, China. The 9th AAA Conference was successfully held in
Hangzhou, China in 2008, and the Fuzhou event promises to be another grand
occasion. This premier event will gather 1200+ experts from 50+ countries to
address critical topics: bee Biology, bee heath, beekeeping technologies and
economy, pollination, apitherapy etc.
As
primary insect pollinators, bees play a vital role in maintaining biodiversity
and ecosystem balance. Bee pollination not only enhances the overall efficiency
and profitability of agricultural production, but also provides humans with
nutritious and healthy bee products. The apiculture industry offers
irreplaceable contributions to increasing agricultural yields, boosting
farmers’ incomes, and protecting the ecological environment.
In
recent years, the healthy and sustainable development of the bee industry faces
numerous challenges. The shrinking of bee habitats, chemicals abuse, climate
change, and the prevalence of bee diseases are all contributing to a
deteriorating natural environment for bees. To achieve the sustainable
development of apiculture, we must promote good beekeeping practices, diversify
the industry through pollination services, apitherapy, and api-tourism, and
protect the legitimate interests of beekeepers, thereby fostering the healthy
growth of the sector.
China,
with its vast territory, abundant nectar and pollen plant resources, and
superior honeybee germplasm resources, provides exceptional natural conditions
for the development of the bee industry and beekeeping practices. We warmly
welcome bee industry colleagues from all nations to gather in Fuzhou, China, to
join hands for the sustainable development of our shared apicultural future.
Sincerely,
Siriwat
